Rogers 1907 (spoon)

This is a solid sterling 925 silver hallmarked antique teaspoon. Size N.
Hand-shaped into a chunky ring by heating, hammering and bending the bowl and handle.
Re-crafted from a solid silver spoon. Hallmarked makers Joseph Rogers, Sheffield 1907. N.B. The hallmark is hidden under the tail end of the spoon as it has been wrapped around - it is nonetheless there as seen in the last photo!
There are some light surface scratches and a patina, to be expected on antique silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver. Any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character ;-) Being hand-crafted, this ring may not be as perfectly round as a mass produced machine made ring might be. This does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all!
Supplied with a pretty fabric drawstring bag. Will be posted signed for delivery.
