This is a solid sterling 925 silver hallmarked heavy napkin ring. Hand-shaped into a chunky ring by heating, sawing and hammering the silver from the napkin ring into shape.
Re-crafted from a solid silver napkin ring. Hallmarked makers Wakely & Wheeler, London 1970.
There are some light surface scratches and a slight patina, to be expected on vintage silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver - any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character ;-) Being hand-crafted, this ring is not as perfectly round as a mass produced machine made ring might be. This does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all, but adds to it's character!
Supplied with a pretty fabric drawstring bag. Will be posted signed for delivery.
