This is a solid sterling 925 silver hallmarked vintage teaspoon. Size X.
Hand-shaped into a chunky ring by heating, hammering and bending the bowl and handle.
Re-crafted from a solid silver spoon with a beautiful cherub on the end. Hallmarked makers Lanson Ltd., Birmingham 1973. N.B. The hallmark is hidden under the tail end of the spoon as it had been wrapped around - it is none-the-less there as seen in the 4th photo!
There are some light surface scratches and a slight patina, to be expected on vintage silver items which have been carefully used and well cared for. The ring is not made from a brand new piece of silver. Any scratches and signs of wear add to it's character ;-) Being hand-crafted, this ring may not be as perfectly round as a mass produced machine made ring might be. This does not affect the fit or loveliness of the ring at all!
Supplied with a pretty fabric drawstring bag. Will be posted signed for delivery.
